             Medical Assembler - Weekly Pay!! Shifts Friday- Sunday 6am- 6:30pm Monday- Thursday 7:30pm- 6am Job Description Join our dynamic team as an Assembly Technician, where you will play a crucial role in producing Bioprocess Containers in a cleanroom environment. You will ensure the safe and efficient execution of the production process by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instruction Documents (WIDs), and blueprints. Responsibilities + Manufacture, operate machinery, assemble tubing and connectors, package, and inspect products according to product blueprints and manufacturing drawings. + Use tools and equipment such as computers, calculators, measuring tools, assembly hand tools, Bioprocess Container machinery, and pallet jacks. + Follow all safety requirements and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). + Ensure products meet quality standards by cooperating with upstream and downstream stations for mutual inspection and timely problem reporting. + Record accurate documentation in the Production Control Documents (PCD) as tasks are performed. + Actively participate in Practical Process Improvements (PPI), Lean, and Continuous Improvement activities, including 5S activities. + Effectively work as part of a team and assist with training and mentoring co-workers. + Focus on development through timely and proactive completion of training. Essential Skills + General production experience. + Ability to interpret blueprints. + Proficiency with hand tools and assembly equipment. + Strong attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in medical device production. + High School Diploma or GED required. + Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and stand for extended periods. + Capacity to perform repetitive tasks. Work Environment Work in a cleanroom environment requiring the use of PPE, including bunny suits, hairnets, gloves, and booties. Be prepared to lift 25+ lbs and work on your feet for most of the shift. Flexible work hours include options for both day and night shifts. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Logan, Utah. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.40/hr.
