Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues from screen to fault.

+ Maintain and ensure the continuous operation of all machinery to minimize downtime.

+ Perform both reactive and preventative maintenance tasks.

+ Handle and troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480 volts.

+ Work with motors, drives, gear systems, pulleys, and pneumatics.

+ Conduct PLC troubleshooting, mechanical pump control, schematic interpretation, and calibration.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in the corrugated industry.

+ Electrical troubleshooting experience up to 480 volts.

+ Knowledge of motors and drives.

+ Familiarity with gear systems and pulleys.

+ Proficiency in pneumatics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with controls troubleshooting, particularly Siemens, Wiege, and Mitsubishi.

+ PLC troubleshooting skills.

+ Mechanical skills including pump control, calibration, and schematic interpretation.

+ Experience with ink systems, rollers, conveyors, strappers, and changing belts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $72800.00/yr.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Zionsville,IN.
