    •** **What You’ll Do

    + Set up and change over production lines and machinery.

    + Maintain and repair conveyors, gearboxes, motors, cappers, fillers, labeling, and packaging machines.

    + Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical adjustments to maximize uptime.

    + Diagnose and fix mechanical breakdowns quickly and efficiently.

    + Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.

    •️** **What You Bring

    + 2+ years of experience in high-speed manufacturing maintenance.

    + Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair packaging equipment.

    + Experience with machinery setups, adjustments, and motor/gearbox replacements.

    + Basic electrical skills (rewiring/unwiring motors preferred).

    + Quality-focused mindset and attention to detail.

    •** **Bonus Skills

    + Experience in high-volume production lines.

    + Background in the food industry (a plus, not a must).

    + Includes a 32-minute unpaid lunch break.

    + **Pay:** Competitive hourly rate – **$25–$30/hour** , based on experience.

    + **Schedule:** 4 days on / 4 days off rotation.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
