Description We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our team in Tallahassee, Florida. In this role, you will oversee payroll operations, support human resources functions, and assist with talent acquisition processes. This is a long-term contract position offering an opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the smooth execution of daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly payroll using NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Handle sensitive employee and payroll data with discretion and integrity.

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and compliance requirements.

• Support talent acquisition efforts by posting job requisitions, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.

• Assist with HR-related duties, such as submitting background checks and maintaining compliance with external agencies.

• Perform routine administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.

• Provide executive support by summarizing meetings, tracking projects, and managing assigned tasks.

• Collaborate on payroll reconciliation and data verification to ensure accuracy.

• Conduct research and create organized documentation to support HR and payroll functions.

• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and payroll.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle payroll, including multi-state operations and handling payroll for over 500 employees.

• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and NetSuite systems.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage corporate recruiting and onboarding processes effectively.

• Proven track record of handling confidential information with professionalism.
