    Machine Learning Engineer (Mid-Senior Level)

     

    We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join a dynamic team in West Los Angeles. This hybrid position requires 2-3 days onsite per week and offers competitive pay ranging from $150K to $175K, depending on experience. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about developing cutting-edge AI solutions and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

     

    + Compensation: $150K-$175K salary.

    + Work Environment: Hybrid flexibility in a West LA location (2-3 days onsite).

    + Projects: Opportunity to work on innovative and impactful machine learning projects.

    Requirements

    + Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

    + Experience: 5+ years in machine learning-focused software development/engineering.

    + Technical Skills: Python, SQL, PyTorch, machine learning algorithms (e.g., DNN, Random Forests), end-to-end ML workflows, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Databricks), Docker/Kubernetes.

    + Attributes: Strong collaboration, communication, analytical skills, and high coding standards.

    + Preferred: Advanced degrees (Master’s/PhD in ML/AI).

    + Experience with AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, HuggingFace, LLMs), recommender systems, Ray.

    + Knowledge of Scala or Rust.

    + Understanding of Bayesian statistics, causal inference, and MLOps/CI/CD pipelines.
