Description

Partnering with a leading global dairy company to find a skilled Corporate Paralegal to join their growing legal team. This Corporate Paralegal will support a dynamic in-house legal team across corporate, contracts, and labor & employment matters.

Responsibilities:

+ Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholder legal inquiries

+ Liaise with the Marketing team on legal matters, escalating as needed

+ Draft NDAs and other standard agreements using company templates

+ Upload finalized contracts into the contract management system

+ Coordinate legal projects and track progress

+ Collaborate with Engineering and Plant Management on CapEx projects

+ Assist with preparation of corporate governance documents

+ Prepare documents for subpoenas, personnel file requests, and agency charges

+ Draft discovery responses and legal documents under attorney supervision

+ Support compliance tasks, including document intake, updates, and process improvements

+ Contribute to cross-divisional legal initiatives supporting all U.S. business units

Requirements

+ 3-5+ years of relevant paralegal experience

+ Strong background in contracts and corporate legal work

+ Familiarity with NDAs and experience with redlining/blacklining

+ Excellent organizational and communication skills
