Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team in Concord, Massachusetts. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to manage key financial operations while providing critical analysis to support business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, coupled with a strategic mindset to drive organizational success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee general accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

• Maintain and update the general ledger to ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly.

• Utilize QuickBooks Online to track and manage financial data efficiently.

• Conduct detailed cash flow analysis to provide insights and recommendations for financial planning.

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that support business expansion.

• Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to assist in decision-making.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and policies.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial operations and implement solutions.

• Provide guidance and support to team members on accounting practices and procedures.

• Assist in audits and ensure all documentation is accurate and readily available. Requirements • Proven experience in general accounting and financial management.

• Proficiency in maintaining and managing a general ledger.

• Expertise in using QuickBooks Online for financial operations.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in conducting cash flow analysis.

• Ability to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial data and collaborating with teams.

• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
