    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Partner Support Coordinator II to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of partner orders, ensuring seamless coordination between sales teams, internal departments, and authorized selling partners. This position is based in Pennsylvania and requires exceptional organizational skills, customer service expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage orders placed by contracted selling partners, ensuring they are accurately entered and processed.

    • Monitor the progress of orders from initiation to completion while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

    • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and authorized selling partners to address inquiries and resolve issues.

    • Provide outstanding customer service to partners and internal teams by responding promptly and professionally to requests.

    • Perform high-volume data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.

    • Ensure compliance with established procedures and policies while handling partner transactions.

    • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely and accurate input of orders into the system.

    • Utilize effective communication skills to coordinate activities and ensure alignment across multiple departments.

    • Adapt to flexible working hours to meet the needs of the business and partners.

    • Support office functions and administrative tasks as required to maintain operational efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service with excellent interpersonal skills.

    • Strong communication abilities to manage interactions with partners and internal teams.

    • Demonstrated proficiency in data entry and handling large volumes of information accurately.

    • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

    • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.

    • Preferred experience in telecom or a related industry, though not mandatory.

    • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.

    • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate business and partner needs.
