Description We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Specialist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This is a contract position ideal for individuals who excel in high-volume call environments and possess strong customer service skills. The role involves handling inbound calls, assisting customers with reservations, and ensuring a smooth experience for all inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls daily, with peak activity occurring during weekends and holiday seasons.

• Assist customers with reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the booking process.

• Provide support for inquiries related to takeout orders, directions, and lost-and-found services.

• Communicate effectively with team members and restaurant staff to ensure seamless service.

• Utilize customer service software and CRM tools to document interactions and manage customer information.

• Maintain a meticulous and courteous demeanor while addressing customer concerns.

• Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and provide exceptional service.

• Adapt to varying workloads and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Uphold company standards and follow established protocols during all customer interactions.

• Continuously improve service quality through feedback and training. Requirements • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role, handling high volumes of inbound calls.

• Proficiency in CRM software and customer service tools.

• Familiarity with reservation processes and related systems.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist a diverse range of customers.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle peak call volumes.

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable using computer programs and technology to manage customer inquiries.

• Knowledge of systems such as Avaya CMS and ADP Financial Services is a plus. TalentMatch®
