As a pivotal part of the HR department, you will handle employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, onboarding, offboarding, and HR metrics reporting.

    Qualifications:

    + Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

    + Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with adaptability to changing priorities.

    + Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments.

    + Capability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

    Requirements

    + College degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s required).

    + Previous experience in HR a big plus

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office

    + Experience with CRM and HRIS
