A growing and well-respected defense firm in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Employment Defense Attorney (5+ years) to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage all phases of employment defense litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.

+ Handle a mix of single-plaintiff and class action employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage & hour claims.

+ Draft pleadings, briefs, and other substantive motions.

+ Participate in case strategy meetings and client communications.

+ Supervise and mentor junior attorneys or paralegals as needed.

Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of employment defense litigation experience.

+ Admitted and in good standing with the California State Bar.

+ Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills.

+ Excellent judgment and ability to manage cases autonomously.

+ Team-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
