The Digital Media Specialist will manage, optimize, and expand the organization's digital advertisting footprint across the company. This role will focus on mazimizing ROI from paid campaigns, integrating campaign data into CRM pipelines, and delivering clear reporting to inform enrollment strategies.

+ Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns, including account builds, ad creation, and ongoing performance improvements to maximize ROI for the company.
+ Launch and oversee new paid media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic display channels to drive awareness and enrollment.
+ Integrate campaigns with CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting pipelines that support cost efficiency and down-funnel insights.
+ Monitor and report on performance metrics (daily, weekly, monthly, and YTD) with clear, actionable recommendations.
+ Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and admissions team to align digital strategy with enrollment goals.
+ Develop and manage email campaigns and landing pages to support lead generation.
+ Assist in managing SEO strategies and coordinate with vendors to improve organic performance.
+ Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and compliance requirements.
Position Requirements:
+ Associates degree preferred
+ Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads, Meta campaigns, and CRM integrations
+ Strong interpersonal skills
+ Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign performance and ROI
+ Strong project management and organization skills
+ Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
+ Proficiency with analytics platforms (GA4), ad dashboards, and reporting tools
+ Knowledgeable in keyword strategy, content optimization, and search engine ranking practices to increase visibility andorganic lead generation
+ Must thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires innovation and collaboration
