What will I be doing?

As a Lounge Attendant, you will be responsible for stocking and maintaining the buffet station in accordance with the established standards in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability\. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

+ Greet and welcome VIP guests with a warm, professional demeanor\.

+ Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure a premium guest experience\.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area at all times\.

+ Restock food, beverages, and supplies in the buffet and self\-service stations\.

+ Monitor buffet presentation and ensure items are fresh, appealing, and replenished promptly\.

+ Clear tables and maintain a tidy dining area throughout service hours\.

+ Monitor guest needs and proactively offer assistance\.

+ Ensure all food handling procedures align with health and safety standards\.

+ Maintain a clean and organized workstation while enforcing sanitation protocols\.
