ENTRUST Solutions Group is looking for a Senior GIS Analyst to lead cutting-edge projects that support strategic initiatives and operational excellence across our organization. As a key member of the Data Solutions team, you’ll bring deep expertise in GIS technologies and data systems, and apply your skills in areas like analytical workflows, technical solution development, programming, or database administration. You’ll collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to solve real-world challenges and make a meaningful impact.

In this role, you’ll take the lead on delivering innovative GIS solutions that help drive strategic decisions and operational success. You’ll work closely with project managers to shape project scopes, define functional requirements, and guide overall strategy. Whether you're coordinating sub-teams, collaborating with engineers and stakeholders, or communicating directly with clients, your expertise will be key to keeping projects aligned and moving forward. You’ll also play a vital role in mentoring junior team members, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their careers. From overseeing day-to-day operations to identifying new opportunities for the Data Solutions team, you’ll be at the center of impactful work. Plus, you’ll get hands-on with GIS data systems—enhancing and updating them using tools like Gas HCA, Liquid HCA, and other spatial analysis platforms.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in GIS or data systems preferably in a natural gas or electric utility environment, with demonstrated leadership in project execution.

+ Advanced proficiency in GIS platforms (e.g., ArcGIS, SmallWorld) and data technologies.

+ Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) and database administration.

+ Understanding of analytical workflows and data management processes.

+ Proven ability to translate complex business problems into effective technical solutions.

+ Experience mentoring and leading junior team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in the utility industry or infrastructure-related GIS applications.

+ Experience with Gas HCA, Liquid HCA, or similar spatial analysis tools.

+ Familiarity with linear referencing and enterprise GIS data models.

+ Knowledge of cloud-based GIS platforms and data integration strategies.

+ Knowledge of web GIS technologies and platforms (e.g., ArcGIS Online, Portal, Web AppBuilder, Experience Builder).

+ Certifications such as GISP or Esri Technical Certifications.

+ Experience integrating GIS with enterprise asset management or business intelligence systems.

+ This position pays between $72,800 and $74,900 annually and is an exempt position. Benefits offered include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full-time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
