    Responsibilities of an Academic Dean

     

    + Encourage commitment to the vision and core values of Lincoln Tech

    + Emphasize strategies that maximize the use of available resources, to consistently strive for quality results and achieve standards of excellence

    + Make effective decisions and support implementation and evaluation of programs and policies

    + Assist in budget preparation by forecasting trends and potential requirements

    + Contribute to curriculum development and implementation

    + Encourage and support faculty development, training, onboarding, and evaluations

    + Focus on faculty recruitment, to ensure qualified instructors for all programs

     

    Requirements of an Academic Dean

     

    + Bachelor's degree

    + 5+ years of management experience

    + Prior expreince inn Educational Leadership of a career school highly desired

    + Considertion will be given to high school Principals / Vice Principals with atletic coaching experience

    + Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

    + Demonstrated ability to build successful relationships and partner with senior and executive management

    Preferred:

    + Master's degree in Education or related field
