About Smart Infrastructure – Electrification and Automation:
The Electrification and Automation (EA) Business Unit offers the full range of energy distribution systems and solutions for all markets and through all sales channels. We provide reliable power distribution grids of today while investing into our Future Grids portfolio and applications to create the power distribution grid of the future. Our comprehensive portfolio meets the growing technical requirements of today’s and tomorrow’s power grid!
The EA Business Unit in Wendell, North Carolina, which is its U.S. headquarters, focuses on electric-vehicle charging, photovoltaic inverters, medium-voltage power distribution equipment including packaging and services, and solutions, including automation. Additionally, assembly of electric-vehicle chargers, low-voltage motor control centers, and retrofit and replacement circuit breakers occurs at the facility.
We are looking for an Order Execution / Management Administrator. This position will be based in Wendell, NC.
We are looking for an experienced administrator to fill a vacant position in our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the sales order process from order entry to collection. She/he will ensure timely order entry, correct ordering, will follow up on schedules and control all related cost. The position is located in Wendell, NC and reports to the Manager of Contract Administration.
You’ll** ** make an impact by:
+ Enter and validate customer orders against purchase Order and original Proposal.
+ Process credits, returns, repairs and warranty orders as needed.
+ Requisition parts and deliveries for the customer order.
+ Close coordination with customer, factories and project management throughout the execution of the contract
+ Primary contact for administrative and contract question for customer
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
+ BS/BA in Finance or related area required, or equivalent experience
+ Proficient in MS Excel and Word
+ SAP R/3, SD and PS Module
+ Salesforce.com experience
+ Proficiency with standard accounting principles.
+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Familiar with Siemens LV & MV solutions
