The Project Financial Specialist will play a key role in
managing and overseeing the financial administrative responsibility for various
projects. This position involves close collaboration with commercial project
managers, customers and finance to ensure effective project executions and
financial success
The Project Financial Specialist is a fully remote
opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manageproject documentation and financial plans, ensuring accuracy and alignmentwith project goals.
+ Createand manage milestone billing/invoicing on projects.
+ Performfinancial reconciliations to ensure customer has been billed correctly.
+ Monitorand track project invoices, identifying discrepancies and recommendingcorrective actions.
+ Preparefinancial reports, forecasts, and analyses for internal and externalstakeholders.
+ Assistin the development and implementation of financial controls and proceduresfor projects.
+ Coordinatewith project managers to ensure timely and accurate financial datacollection and reporting.
+ Supportthe preparation of financial and commercial documentation for cashcollection
+ Conductfinancial risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.
+ Assistwith project audits, providing necessary financial documentation andsupport.
+ Maintainaccurate and up-to-date financial records for all assigned projects.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’sdegree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.
+ Aminimum of [2] years of experience in a corporate environment
+ Generalunderstanding of projects and financials
+ Proficiencyin financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Microsoft Office, SAP)

+ Highattention to detail and accuracy.
+ Abilityto work independently and as part of a team.
+ Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.
