    Job Details

    Responsibilities:

    + Maintain involvement with patients and families and participate in staff consultations, assessments and evaluations

    + Keeps informed of the latest professional practices and trends and performs other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    + Master's degree in Social Work

    + Minimum of 2 years medical social work preferred

    + New York State Licensure

    + Clinical experience preferred

    + Must display proficient MS Office and strong keyboarding skills

    + Certification as a LMSW or LCSW required

    + Must be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)

    + Acute medical hospital experience and/or experience in a health care environment preferred

     

    Salary Range

     

    USD $39.92 - USD $55.25 /Hr.

     

    This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
