    Job Details

    Responsibilities

    + The successful candidate will circulate and scrub procedures performed in the Electrophysiology Lab including EP studies, ablations, pacemaker implants, Non-invasive testing, etc.

    + The RN will cross-train to admit and recover pre and post procedure patients, hemodynamic monitoring and is responsible to perform hemostasis.

    + The RN provides direct nursing care to patients, assuming responsibility and accountability for the total care of assigned patients.

    + The RN supervises and directs the activities of Patient Care Associates and Techs. Weekends and on call required.

    Qualifications

    + Graduate of BSN program required

    + NYS Nursing License required

    + 1 year Electrophysiology experience preferred

    + 1 year Critical Care experience preferred

    + Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ACLS) required from the American Heart Association

     

    This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
