• Accounting Consultant

    RGP (Auburn Hills, MI)


    RGP is seeking an Accounting Consultant with strong month-end close and consolidations experience across various industries, including automotive and manufacturing.

     

    + Support month-end close, including preparing and reviewing account reconciliations and preparing journal entries

    + Manage and analyze accrued liabilities, ensuring accuracy and completeness

    + Support financial consolidation processes

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment

    + Bachelor's degree in accounting or related major

    + 5+ years of hands-on accounting and month-end close experience

    + Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups and other advanced functions

    + Experience using SAP, Oracle or other major ERP applications; and experience with HFM or OneStream is preferred

    + Exceptional client service skills with a high attention to detail

    + Must be willing to work on-site at least 3 days/week in the Northern Detroit, MI area

    + Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid and fully onsite.

    + Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.

    + Pay Range: $45-65/hour
