• Sales Representative (San Juan, Puerto Rico)

    What you will do:

    + Generate and increase demand with C-level management, Biomedical Engineers, Nurses, Purchasing Directors, and KOLs in the assigned territory.

    + Segment customers to identify potential stakeholders and develop an annual clinical education program.

    + Act as a product expert and reference for Biomedical, Nursing, and Purchasing departments.

    + Attend surgical procedures to strengthen relationships with KOLs and identify new business opportunities.

    + Utilize CRM and other tools to measure market size and ensure business growth.

    + Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate training sessions in alignment with the company’s strategy.

    + Comply with commercial and regulatory policies, report complaints, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

    + Plan weekly and monthly activities, generate sales and expense reports, and complete mandatory training with a minimum score of 85%.

    What you will need:

    + Bachelor’s degree.

    + Minimum of 3 years of experience in promotion or sales within operating rooms or the medical device industry.
