Job Summary:

As our Director of Marketing, you’ll play a defining role in building and leading a growing marketing function that drives engagement, supports business growth, and strengthens our connection with members and partners.

This is an opportunity to build upon a strong foundation within an established organization while creating new strategies, tools, and capabilities that will position AmeriHealth Caritas for the future. You’ll oversee paid advertising, social, and brand marketing while shaping how we show up across all channels — from digital campaigns to community outreach.

You’ll collaborate closely with our shared services and cross-functional teams to ensure our brand voice is clear, consistent, and impactful. AmeriHealth Caritas is a national leader in managed care and community health solutions — and we’re ready to elevate how we tell our story.

Essential Functions:

+ Develop and lead a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with AmeriHealth Caritas’ mission and growth goals.

+ Build and scale a high-performing marketing function that blends strategic insight with creative excellence.

+ Partner with internal teams and our creative agency to deliver integrated, data-informed campaigns that drive measurable results.

+ Leverage analytics to guide marketing investments and continuously optimize performance.

+ Strengthen relationships with growth markets and external partners to expand our reach and brand impact.
