    Description

    Position Summary : Coordinate, direct and control payroll preparation, processing, and distribution.

     

    + Assist project startup and close out of all prevailing wage projects;

    + Provide prevailing wage training & support to admins and project teams, facilitate and coordinate training as required;

    + Assist in auditing prevailing wage projects; resolving payroll and prevailing wage discrepancies ;

    + Monitor prevailing wage jobs to ensure certified payroll and other reporting requirements are met;

    + Support the field admin team and job sites with payroll and prevailing wage activities;

    + Collaborate on IT projects associated with payroll and certified payroll processes;

    + Perform other duties as assigned;

    Qualifications

    Position Requirements:

    + 5 years administrative experience;

    + Ability to work independently or as part of a team;

    + Self-starter and pro-active;

    + Excellent Communication skills;

    + Strong analytical and problem solving skills;

    + Excellent organizational skills;

    + Accuracy and attention to detail;

    + Ability to observe deadlines;

    Preferred Skills:

    + Construction experience preferred;

    + Knowledge and efficiency using Paycom and Sage software;

    + Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills desired
