Job Title: Office Coordinator
Job Description
The Office Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Operations or Facilities Manager to support all facilities-related activities. This role is committed to delivering premier client service, managing a variety of assignments in a team-oriented environment. The Office Coordinator should exhibit strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and effectively prioritize office workload. Key duties include ensuring completion of office tasks and serving as the primary point of contact for facilities-related issues with property management.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate and assist with office-related activities, including requests from various departments both locally and nationally, as well as consulting.
+ Collaborate on project-related tasks and larger scope facilities-related requests and projects.
+ Manage the security access control database and create and distribute security badges or key fobs.
+ Oversee payment of office-related invoices and track expenses.
+ Maintain a working knowledge of all tasks related to office support and perform office assistant responsibilities as necessary.
+ Act as the point of contact for various vendors to resolve questions or issues.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma/GED required
+ Minimum of 1 year of related experience required, office support experience preferred
+ Experience in a professional services environment preferred
+ Proven commitment to providing exceptional client service
+ Strong planning and organization skills
+ Ability to effectively prioritize assignments and competing deadlines
+ Aptitude for learning internal programs and software
Work Environment
The role requires working as a receptionist in an office setting, thus front-facing experience is essential. The position may demand some overtime hours to meet deadlines and address urgent office needs.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $31.00/hr.
