MUST Have Qualifications
+ 2+ years of experience in administrative support, purchasing, supply chain, or logistics.
+ Experience working with vendors, suppliers, and freight carriers.
+ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills—you thrive on keeping many moving parts in sync.
+ Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).
+ Strong communication skills for both internal teamwork and external vendor coordination.
+ A flexible, can-do attitude with the ability to pivot between purchasing, logistics, and event planning.
Job Description
Purchasing & Supply Chain Support
+ Keep an eye on inventory levels for pump parts, components, and marketing materials.
+ Process purchase orders and keep our ERP system up to date.
+ Track and share real-world vendor lead times with Operations.
+ Stay on top of vendor escalations and expedite requests.
+ Team up with Quality to resolve vendor non-conformance issues and RMAs.
Vendor Management:
+ Be the go-to contact for all things vendor-related—from parts and materials to shipping and marketing swag.
+ Build awesome relationships that ensure great service and value.
+ Help evaluate supplier performance and provide constructive feedback.
+ Research and onboard new vendors when needed.
Logistics & Shipping Coordination:
+ Schedule and track inbound/outbound shipments (both domestic and international).
+ Partner with freight carriers and logistics pros for air, ocean, and ground shipments.
+ Keep shipping documentation accurate and customs-compliant.
+ Jump on delays and resolve issues before they become problems.
Marketing & Trade Show Support:
+ Manage inventory of marketing collateral, promo items, and displays.
+ Coordinate with vendors for printing, giveaways, and event materials.
+ Help plan and execute trade shows and conferences—making sure our brand looks top-notch.
+ Review and proof marketing content for consistency and polish.
+ Track and organize trade show and promo budgets.
Administrative & Reporting:
+ Keep purchasing, shipping, and vendor records organized and up to date.
+ Create reports on supplier performance, shipping timelines, and inventory status.
+ Support cross-functional teams in supply chain, operations, and marketing.
+ Look for process improvements that make everything run smoother.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $24.03/hr.
