We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual who will assist in executing marketing campaigns, maintaining CRM databases, and supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing brand awareness and client satisfaction while ensuring the smooth operation of marketing and sales activities.
Responsibilities
+ Assist in executing campaigns to drive thought leadership, lead generation, brand awareness, and client satisfaction.
+ Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database.
+ Support sales team members in managing data to ensure company and contact records are current, enhancing marketing campaign deliverability.
+ Continuously improve workflows to increase adoption and efficiency for the team.
+ Prepare sales tools such as presentations, proposals, and resumes for marketing services.
+ Manage calendars, set appointments, and handle correspondence for sales and marketing teams.
+ Prepare corporate materials for internal and external stakeholders, including business cards and project signage.
+ Support event planning and coordination for industry events.
+ Collaborate on research efforts to collect and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
+ Assist in creating and planning content for communications through digital and print campaigns.
+ Track and create reports on marketing and sales metrics.
+ Maintain membership renewals and manage online and in-print company profiles to ensure brand consistency.
+ Develop and implement a system for managing imagery assets for campaigns.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in InDesign, Procore, Adobe Illustrator, and the Adobe Suite.
+ Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
+ Dependable with strong time management skills.
+ Flexible, adaptable, and attentive to detail.
+ Ability to maintain consistency in work.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Project Management.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
+ Graphic design skills or experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) required.
+ Previous experience with Procore and Bluebeam is a plus.
+ General understanding of data analysis and reporting.
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
+ Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative and solve problems.
+ Knowledge of construction terminology, processes, and documentation preferred.
+ Professional references may be requested.
+ Work examples required, submit with resume.
Work Environment
Work closely with the Director of Marketing in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Engage with various stakeholders and participate in industry events.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hartland, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.
