Job Description

Cintas is seeking an Associate Apparel Designer to develop and present collections for multiple markets. Responsibilities include designing garments for several job functions; creating specific uniform designs and designs for customer brands as needed by sales and customers in national accounts, as well as individual customer properties; creating proactive designs to be sold by the national sales force.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

+ High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design preferred

+ Minimum 5 years+ experience

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), 3D software

+ Ability to travel overnight domestically or internationally up to 20% of the time

+ Valid Drivers License

Preferred

+ Bachelor's degree in Fashion or Apparel Design preferred

+ Technical and illustrated sketching ability

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $67,100 - $85,800/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
