    The Coca Cola company, a Global leader in the beverage industry, is seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager.     What you will do for us:

    + Manage 3PL logistics providers across a region and the performance metrics to deliver and optimize expected performance.

    + Serve as primary liaison in support of 3PL relationship and Internal Stakeholders

    + Collaborate on performance of inbound inventory providers to ensure quality, service, efficiency and delivery to specification

    + Collaborate with supply planning and customer service teams to monitor and improve order accuracy, timeliness, and fulfillment rates from 3PL warehouses

    + Collaborate with Supply Chain Finance to build annual budgets and monitor financial performance, to include approving 3PL invoices.

    + Conduct regular performance reviews with 3PL providers and internal stakeholders where necessary to drive consistent delivery and improvement of supply chain metrics.

    + Review and optimize warehouse processes with a focus on operational efficiency, accuracy and cost optimization.

    + Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations and increase efficiency of overall logistics performance.

    + Support inventory control processes and functions by ensuring all activities are performed to meet inventory policy and requirements

    + Build consensus, drive alignment with key internal and 3PL stakeholders in support of delivering Supply chain and Logistics initiatives.

    + Support the delivery of safety and operational policies in 3PL operations

    + Support and collaborate with 3PL providers to ensure that appropriate IT and system infrastructure and processes are in place to deliver Warehouse operations and also support the enhancement and optimization of the same

    + Produce regular executive reports for leadership on warehouse KPIs, improvement projects, and strategic initiatives

    + Identify potential risks in logistics and warehouse operations, develop contingency plans for disruptions, and lead recovery efforts when incidents occur.

    + Conduct site visits to review performance against requirements and compliance to standards (safety, quality, Good Manufacturing Practices)

    Qualifications & requirements:

    + Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics or related field

    + Significant, 5 years + experience in warehouse & logistics operations

    + Demonstrated ability to analyze metrics and drive performance improvements and lead action plans for the same

    + Demonstrated understanding of Supply chain and Logistics financials and set action plans to drive cost and performance improvement

    + Good understanding of Continuous improvement processes and principles and their application in performance evaluation and improvement

    Pay Range:$114,000 - $139,000

    Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

    Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:15

    Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
