Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
_Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire._
+ _Education: Terminal degree in Medicine or Osteopathy (MD or DO). Board Certified in Family Medicine._
+ _Experience:_ _Graduation from an accredited Family Medicine Residency program and 7+ years' experience working in primary care._
+ _Special Skills: Ability to obtain Colorado Medical License and possession of a current DEA Certificate. Ability to be fully credentialed with the UCH system and UPI Managed Care. Ability to meet the School of Medicine's criteria for associate professor._ **_Preferred Qualifications_**
+ _Experience or interest in education and research and faculty development._ **_Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities_** _To be successful in this position, candidates will need the following:_

Working ORP Retiree - PRN Family Physician - 38045 Faculty
The clinician (MD or DO) in this position will function as a PRN family medicine faculty member without clinical responsibilities.The duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:Teaching and Mentoring
+ Maintain eligibility for School of Medicine Retired Faculty.
+ Keep abreast of the latest developments in field, both academically and through applied skill.
+ Attend and present at conferences, meetings and trainings in order to maintain certification and enhance professional skills; participate in faculty development activities.
+ Accept other responsibilities assigned by the Chair and Vice Chair for Research
- this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora, CO.
