Job Title: Project Coordinator – Entry Level

Pay Rate: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

This entry-level Project Coordinator role is ideal for someone looking to grow into project management while supporting AV installation projects across Connecticut. You’ll be the central point for scheduling technicians and tracking project progress, working directly with a leading AV integrator from their Oxford, CT office.

What You’ll Do:

+ Own the scheduling process for AV installation technicians across job sites statewide

+ Track project timelines, milestones, and technician assignments to ensure smooth execution

+ Support daily operations and logistics in a fast-paced environment

+ Communicate with internal teams and clients to coordinate schedules and resolve issues

+ Assist with documentation, reporting, and quality control

+ Learn AV systems and integration processes while building project management skills

Qualifications:

+ Strong computer skills (Excel, scheduling tools, email communication, etc.)

+ Excellent customer service and communication abilities

+ Positive attitude and a go-getter mentality

+ Driven and eager to grow into a project management career

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

+ Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in Oxford, CT

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
