Description

+ Oversee the day to day scheduling, tracking, and verification of distribution orders

+ Work alongside cross-functional teams, supporting and executing ordering deliverables assets (video/audio/timed text) for internal stakeholders and 3rd party clients/vendors

+ Monitor all milestone and delivery due dates, update schedules, issue alerts if schedules are falling behind, and report status throughout final delivery

+ Assist in tracking the creation of servicing elements for internal use

+ Ensure all information and metadata is available in inventory & tracking system.

+ Create purchases orders for distribution services, reconcile invoices for final approval and payment

+ Demonstrate working knowledge of digital archival principle, collection management, migration and preservation

Preferred Qualifications

+ Strong knowledge and understanding of episodic and movie distribution servicing workflows

+ Knowledgeable of Audio/Video containers, codecs, and file formats

+ Strong, working understanding of domestic and localized international versioning (multiple languages, version control)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
