We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) capable of managing multiple high-visibility, high-pressure simultaneous engagements, as well as many of the day-to-day operations of the team. In this role, you will lead organization-level security KPIs within the Cloud & AI division, drive the onboarding of services to centralized monitoring, and ensure all services log data centrally. You will work closely with service teams across the organization in understanding their technical challenges and remove blockers by collaborating with engineering, analyst teams, and other stakeholders. Core responsibilities include managing stakeholder communications, leading some of the ongoing regulatory reviews, and delivering executive updates.

Responsibilities
+ Lead monitoring and logging critical security KPI adoption efforts across Cloud & AI organization.
+ Work with service teams across Cloud & AI in understanding technical and operational challenges in meeting security KPI requirements and address blockers by collaborating with engineering, partner teams, and other stakeholders.
+ Build and manage program-level dashboards and KPIs, ensuring leadership visibility and data-driven decision-making.
+ Define program vision, strategy, and execution plans in collaboration with security, services, engineering, and compliance teams.
+ Own the delivery of complex, cross-team initiatives that span multiple divisions
+ Track and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of program milestones.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ 2+ years of experience in program management, product management, or technical leadership roles.
+ 2+ years experience delivering complex, cross-team programs in security, cloud services, or enterprise software.
Other Requirements:
+ Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Additional or preferred qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Master’s degree in cyber security, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
+ 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ 4+ years of experience in program management, product management, or technical leadership roles.
+ 4+ years experience delivering complex, cross-team programs in security, cloud services, or enterprise software.
+ 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
+ Proficient written and verbal communication/presentation skills at all levels of the organization, technical and non‐technical.
+ Experience partnering with engineering teams to deliver high-impact results.
+ Experience as a key contributor towards designing, shipping, and operating large-scale, cloud services.
+ Exceptional project management, leadership, and cross‐group collaboration skills. Proven ability to prioritize, plan, and execute.
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
