    Training:

    + In-office training begins at 9:00 AM EST.

    Operating Hours:

    + 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST

    + Onsite schedules available, Monday – Friday (8.5-hour shifts)

    Job Description:

    + Deliver industry-leading service standards by providing prompt, one-call resolution to client inquiries.

    + Multitask efficiently between documentation, phone calls, and follow-ups.

    + Foster a collaborative, team-focused environment centered on customer service and company growth.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    + Answer incoming calls from current clients regarding policy questions, requested changes, or updates.

    + Build and grow existing client relationships.

    + Save cancellation requests and set up autopay as needed.

    + Ensure timely and accurate entry of all inbound leads.

    + Follow up on outstanding items and provide thorough documentation.

    Requirements:

    + Strong customer service and communication skills (phone and email)

    + Dependable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    + Professional attitude and a desire to help others

    + Willingness to learn and grow within the company

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
