    Now Hiring for a Auto Service Scheduler (Customer Service Rep) to schedule automobile servicing appointments with a large and leader in the automotive industry in the Twin Cities!!

    Description:

    Answer 60-80 inbound calls from customers

     

    Schedule appointments for customers to service vehicles

     

    Make outbound calls to follow up with guests post appointment

     

    Update customer information in internal system

     

    Provide high level or customer service

    Qualifications:

    1+ year of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, or call center)

    Shift:

    Monday-Saturday, 9am-6pm (Must be able to work Saturdays and will have one weekday off)

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
