As a Business Analysis Manager within JPMorganChase, you will be a key player in driving strategic initiatives and operational improvements. Your role will involve leveraging your deep understanding of business analysis principles and data analytics expertise to uncover patterns, identify trends, and generate innovative solutions. You will be responsible for managing a diverse team, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service within your area of responsibility. Your ability to think strategically, delegate effectively, and coach your team members will be crucial in achieving our common goals. With your advanced computer literacy and digital proficiency, you will be instrumental in implementing automation initiatives and optimizing processes, thereby enhancing our operational efficiency and customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Collaborate with Workforce Planning Product and Data Analytics teams to execute on complex strategies for optimizing efficiencies and achieving key success metrics with focus on Back Office reimagined, Dynamic Workforce, Staffing Optimization and key Operations efficiency outcomes.

+ Collaborate and engage with Risk partners to ensure timely delivery of key business inputs

+ Provide strategic recommendations to Senior Management on financial and operational planning, ensuring alignment with budget expectations supported by robust analytics.

+ Present detailed analysis of risks and opportunities within the monthly rolling forecast, providing actionable insights.

+ Serve as the control point for forecast inputs, ensuring accuracy and validation of partner handoffs in support of the rolling budget forecast.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

+ Significant achievements in Workforce Planning environment

+ Strategic thinker who demonstrates high level of curiosity to evaluate complex planning scenarios, assess risks, and collaborate on strategy development

+ Advanced executive presentation and communication skills

+ Demonstrated ability to influence and inspire peers, partners, and leaders to align with strategic objectives and drive collective success

+ Effective project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery

+ Ability to contribute to a collaborative work environment by sharing knowledge and supporting team initiatives

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

+ Comfortable with a fluid business environment, changing job priorities, and working with people at a variety of levels internally and externally with the ability to work independently and/or in a group

+ High proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Tableau

+ Basic knowledge of Alteryx

+ Leverage AI capabilities (e.g. LLM, Chat GPT)

+ Potentially other business intelligence tools (e.g. Essbase/TM1)
