    Breakfast Attendant prepares food for buffet line and serves guests. Physical Requirements include lifting a minimum of 30 lbs., walking and standing for eight hour shifts. Reports to Manager on Duty/General Manager.

    Job Duties to Include, but not limited to:

    + Set up line for opening.

    + Responsibility to understand serving portions as instructed.

    + Serve and assist customers in a pleasant and courteous manner at all times.

    + Prepare food for service as designated by brands standards.

    + Keep serving line clean and neat at all times

    + At end of shift, clean and break down serving line as instructed, for next shift.
