    As a **Senior Product Associate - AI - Client Intelligence** in the MLCOE, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Excellence, will be responsible for understanding client needs, designing solutions to translate these needs into workflows aligned with our strategic vision, managing overall delivery, and overseeing the go-to-market strategy for the product. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, market experts, annotators, and project managers to curate the feature vision, strategy, and execution.

    Job responsibilities

    + Build strong, strategic relationships with clients across the firm; you are highly collaborative and interface successfully between clients, technology, and data science

    + Lead and drive Gen AI product execution across all phases-discovery, ideation, development, launch, and post-launch optimization.

    + Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to design and implement real-time, scalable AI solutions for CIB financial instruments and asset classes.

    + Apply deep knowledge of financial instruments, asset classes, and their life cycles to inform product decisions and ensure relevance to market operations.

    + Uphold firmwide standards for data privacy and AI governance across all AI initiatives.

    + Oversee projects involving data ingestion, engineering, orchestration, and infrastructure, ensuring robust and compliant AI/Gen AI workflows.

    + Design KPIs and metrics to evaluate product performance, observability, and user engagement over time; ensure your team and stakeholders understand how you are measuring product success

    + Create comprehensive product requirement documents, including scope, test strategies, execution plans, and user journey mapping.

    + Engage Stakeholders and Drive Adoption: Test new features, approve launches, and coordinate stakeholder previews and design feedback loops to refine and iterate on product value.

    + Communicate Vision and Roadmap: Provide clients and internal teams with a clear product vision and execution strategy through well-defined roadmaps and launch materials.

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    + AI/ML Evangelist: You are an AI/ML evangelist with 3+ years of experience in building complex and impactful Financial AI products

    + Experience with market instruments and possess strong knowledge of various asset classes, operations, and the instrument life cycle.

    + Advanced knowledge of the AI/ML model and product development life cycle and design

    + Hands-on experience with Gen AI, including knowledge of end-to-end model development, large language model (LLM) engineering principles, and expertise in streaming platform technologies

    + Experience in cloud computing and architecture, ML platform processes, and tools spanning data ingestion, data engineering, data quality, data orchestration, end-to-end infrastructure, usage/consumption, and data privacy considerations and governance.

    + Experience working on projects involving the AI/ML development lifecycle (MDLC), including annotation, model training, model serving, scoring, pre/post-processing, productionization, and feedback capture.

    + Proven ability to manage product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

    + Demonstrate, take initiative and proactive hands-on solutions-orientated approach to achieving team goals.

    + Strive and inspire other team members to commit fully to the team's objectives, and contribute to wherever needed to drive results.

    + Ability to convert ambiguous needs into scalable business solutions. Your solutions are driven by logic, reason, and empirical observations.

    + Strong team player who can skillfully collaborate across a cross-functional team to drive outcomes

    + Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to represent the product effectively with senior stakeholders and influence key decision-makers

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    + Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization

    + Thorough understanding of AI/Gen AI and software engineering concepts and practices

    + Demonstrated ability to market products and collaborate amongst customers, stakeholders, and different levels of management

    + Demonstrated ability to explain AI/ML governance.
