The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-driven Parts Customer Service Specialist to support our dealer network and internal customers with precision and care. In this role, you’ll be the go-to problem solver for both domestic and international dealers—facilitating order entry, tracking transport details, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to world-class service. You’ll collaborate closely with Warehouse, Materials, Technical, and Logistics teams to create a seamless experience for our customers worldwide. What You’ll Be Doing:
* Respond to complex or sensitive customer and dealer inquiries by Request for Assistance (RFA), phone and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
* Partner with internal teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.
* Build trust with customers through clear, open, and honest communication.
* Take the lead on resolving challenging product or service issues, always keeping the customer experience at the forefront.
What We’re Looking For:
* 2+ years of experience providing customer service support to business clients or accounts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Prior experience in a customer-facing support role.
* Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure environments.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration.
What Sets You Apart:
* Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field.
* Experience with freight forwarding, international shipping regulations, and documentation.
* SAP knowledge and/or experience in material handling.
* Experience with ServiceNow or other similar CRM Ticketing Systems
* Demonstrated success in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Where and When You’ll Work:
* This is an in-person role located at our East Syracuse – Parts Distribution Center office—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
* First shift, Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM.
What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:
Salary - $60,400 - $72,500 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
