    Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Radiographic Tech (Mammo)** to work at a Facility in **San Diego, CA.** These are _registry_ positions with our company.

     

    **Pay Rate:** $45 / hour

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + **Certificate or degree** from a **JRCERT-accredited** radiologic technology program.

    + **ARRT certification in Mammography** required.

    + **Minimum of one year of experience** as a radiologic technologist within the last two years (preferred).

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Perform routine diagnostic radiology procedures.

    + Adhere to radiation safety policies and procedures.

    + Correctly position patients and make necessary technical adjustments.

    + Process digital images and submit them for radiologist interpretation.

    + Maintain records and document procedures per facility policies.

    + Perform system calibrations and quality control tasks.

    + Recognize and report equipment malfunctions, initiating repair procedures.

    + Monitor patients for adverse reactions to contrast media and respond to emergencies.
