    About Us

Working at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life. We bring that vision to life through our values and culture. Learn more about Targethere (https://corporate.target.com/about) .

Target’s **Global Supply Chain & Logistics (GSCL)** team is evolving rapidly to meet the changing needs of our guests—delivering products with speed, precision, and convenience. Whether guests shop in stores or online, our mission is to get the right products to the right place, faster and more cost-effective than ever before. We are becoming increasingly automated, algorithmic, and data-driven in our decision-making. We're looking for proactive, creative problem-solvers who thrive in ambiguity, identify root causes, and influence outcomes across diverse cross-functional teams.

Product Teams at Target are accountable for the delivery of business outcomes enabled through technology and analytic products that are easy to use, easily maintained, and highly reliable. Product teams have one shared backlog that is inclusive of all product, technology, discovery and design work.

The **GSCL Product team** is part of a broader **Operations Strategy,** **Product** **and Innovation (SPI)** organization—focused on accelerating innovation, enhancing operational ease, and aligning investments to Target’s long-term strategy. This team unites product, strategy, and innovation capabilities from Stores and GSCL to shape a shared roadmap that supports our guests and frontline teams. Within this structure, the **Supply Chain** **Warehouse Management System (WMS)** **Product team** plays a critical role in transforming how inventory flows across Target’s replenishment centers. We modernize Warehouse Management System (WMS) capabilities while designing intuitive user experiences that empower frontline teams and drive operational excellence.

As a **Product Manager** focused on the WMS - Sort & Sequence capability, you will shape and deliver modern capabilities that support outbound inventory movement across our supply chain network—including food distribution centers, store replenishment facilities, and ecommerce fulfillment sites.

You will partner closely with engineering, UI/UX, Automation, OI, and field/HQ process teams to drive discovery, design, and implementation of scalable WMS Sort and Sorter replenishment activities. Your work will support Target’s long-range plan by enabling flexible, modernized replenishment solutions that can adapt and drive efficiencies across multiple facility types.

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from strategy to execution—within Target’s product model. You will define and drive a prioritized product roadmap, balancing technical needs, business goals, and user experience. Collaborate closely with Engineering, GSCL product peers, and Field Operations to deliver high-impact, scalable capabilities. You will be expected to guide backend capability enhancements to optimize outbound workflows, while contributing to innovation efforts tied to future building designs, automation strategies, and operating models. Support a dedicated team of 6 +engineers (backend) and act as a key product voice in defining scalable, intuitive experiences for Target’s replenishment warehouses.

You’ll develop and articulate a clear product strategy aligned to OKRs, lead roadmap development, feature prioritization, and cross-functional alignment. You will drive end-user discovery and iterative solutions in collaboration with Process, Field, and Engineering partners. Additionally, you’ll ensure adoption and operational alignment through strong partnerships with stakeholders.
