About Us:
Growing services company located in Spring is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Benefits Analyst to join our team and lead the analysis and administration of our benefits offerings.
Position Overview:
As a Senior Benefits Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing employee benefits programs, analyzing plan performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with vendors, HR teams, and leadership to optimize benefits strategy and communicate effectively with employees.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Analyze, monitor, and report on employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness plans
+ Assist with benefits plan design, implementation, and vendor management
+ Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, etc.)
+ Conduct market research and benchmarking to recommend competitive benefits options
+ Prepare and deliver communications and training materials to employees regarding benefits
+ Collaborate with payroll and HRIS teams to maintain accurate benefits data and resolve issues
+ Support open enrollment processes and annual benefits audits
+ Manage benefits-related projects and process improvements
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
+ 5+ years of experience in employee benefits analysis or administration
+ Strong understanding of employee benefits regulations and compliance requirements
+ Proven experience managing or supporting global benefits programs across multiple countries and regions
+ Proficient in benefits administration systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
+ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team environment
