    Responsibilities:The Concession Admin is responsible for executing scheduling for the Concession Dept at G1C Stadium. Ensure coordination of staffing, new hire processing, and time keeping functions with oversight from the Concessions Manager. Prepare all required departmental correspondence and documents in a timely manner. Provide accurate and detailed reports to facilitate proper allocation of staffing, time and resources during events. The position is responsible for staffing of part-time seasonal staff, and consistently finding new and creative ways to attract staff including partnerships with local and community organizations. Essential Job Functions

     

    + Align with the General Manager, and Department Managers to schedule the appropriate number of staff for each event.

    + Responsible for communicating all information for a function to the employees to include report time, uniform requirements, and responsibilities.

    + Explaining all program details, meeting with prospective new employees and scheduling them for training classes, event days, and other programs as needed.

    + Ensure employees have fulfilled required training and comply with federal and state laws.

    + Assign staff to appropriate locations on event day.

    + Assist in recruiting and hiring of staff

    + Build and maintain relationships with all surrounding communities and employment agencies

    + Developing and implementing new staffing techniques to bring in a better quality and quantity of staff

    + Ensure compliance with Legends Operating Standards and HR policies to maintain brand integrity

    + Assist with payroll entries.

    + Data Entry as needed for month end and year end reports.

    + Accountable for the upkeep and maintenance of all employee files.

    + Assists with opening/closing shift duties.

    + Other duties as assigned

     

    Qualifications: ·Dynamic, outgoing, high-energy personality.·Strong written and verbal communication skills; can effectively communicate and relate to all levels within and outside the organization; creates and builds positive and productive relationships·Responds quickly and effectively to changing trends and circumstances; embraces change and welcomes fresh perspectives; learns from past mistakes and adjusts accordingly·Ability to manage appropriate steps to get projects completed; has strong abilities to organize people and processes; can create a plan for resourceful workflow·Can manage people and resources to get projects completed; has a strong ability to multi-task in a fast paced, team orientated setting and keep order.·Detail Oriented Professional demeanor with the aptitude to interact with poise and upholding the company name.·Ability to perform duties above expectations with little supervision.·Proficient in Microsoft Office, database and internet searching skills. ·All applicants must be at least 18 years of age. ·Ability to interact with co-workers in order to ensure compliance with company service standards. ·Must be able to read, speak and write English Language in order to communicate with guests. Ability to work all venue events, including: extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements:• Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms• Ability to lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds;• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision

    Compensation:

    Part-Time

     

    $23 per hour
