    + Experience in the digital advertising space and a deep understanding of the YouTube creator ecosystem.

    + Experience with systems, data analysis, and generative AI frameworks, models, and tools.

    + Ability to influence and negotiate with senior leadership (e.g., VP and Director level) and build alliances with executive and industry stakeholders.

    + Ability to navigate ambiguity with ease while introducing the right level of structure.

    + Excellent planning and communication skills.

    In this role, you will be responsible for supporting YouTube Creator BrandConnect and foster collaboration. You will drive execution and ensure communication across all levels of the YouTube organization and with external partners.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    + Develop and execute strategy for programs at the intersection of creator content and advertising, influencing leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve company and product area OKRs.

    + Direct strategic programs to accelerate business impact for YouTube Creator Brand Engagements and Ads.

    + Collaborate across multiple teams and Product Areas to drive OKRs, creating plans and long-term systemic change. Manage risks and identify economies of scale by coalescing strategic programs into portfolios to support efficiency, velocity, and returns for Google.

    + Lead communication with executives across multiple Google product areas and industry stakeholders, providing technical data and insights to influence decision-making and enable business growth.

    + Drive decision-making and prioritization among VPs and Director-level audiences, ensuring alignment and leading a governance structure for executive decision-making.
