**Factory Location:** Ontario, California

**Compensation:** $24.96 / hour

**Shift differential:** 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked

**Schedule:** M-F 5:00 am to 1:30PM OT as needed

Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs

Responsibilities

Skills Required:

+ Troubleshoot, diagnose and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment

+ Assist and instruct production technicians in operation and maintenance of equipment and problem solving

+ Troubleshoot and repair production equipment

+ Understand total process layouts and be able to maximize efficiency through optimal interface

+ Effectively read and utilize instructional, mechanical, and electrical technical manuals

+ Disassemble, reassemble, and test various units as required, following established procedures

+ Capable of using a pneumatic drill and other hand tools

+ Adhere to good housekeeping standards at workstation

+ Record assigned preventative maintenance tasks

+ Use measuring tools, and operate hand and power tools safely

+ Use electrical test instrumentation and knowledge of electrical components

+ Record all necessary activities on Zebra handheld computer accurately

+ Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Requirements/Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience

+ Minimum (2) years’ experience in related role, prior exposure to manufacturing in the food or beverage industry preferred

+ Ability to work independently or collaboratively, with strong communication skills.

+ Ability to sit, stand, push, pull, climb ladders, walk all day with or without reasonable accommodation

+ Able to lift and pull 65 lbs. as needed while performing work continuously throughout the shift

+ Must be able to do physical inspections of equipment that will require climbing, reaching, and extending arms overhead

+ Minimum 3 years of manufacturing preventive or corrective maintenance experience preferred
