    Vice President, Learning & Development

    Position Overview

    This internship offers a short-term, hands-on learning experience for undergraduate students interested in exploring Human Resources, with a particular focus on Learning & Development. Ideal candidates are curious, organized, and eager to learn about project management, instructional design, and how HR teams work together to drive strategic initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. HR Dashboard Development

    + Collaborate with HR teams to build a high-level dashboard in Monday.com, consolidating data across functions.

    + Support teams in adopting and optimizing Monday.com for their workflows, especially those new to the platform.

    + Ensure dashboard visibility and usability for the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and broader HR leadership.

    2. SLA Documentation Support

    + Assist in gathering information and documenting processes to support the development of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within the Learning & Development group.

    3. Learning Content Audit

    + Review and update job aids

    + Complete an audit of courses within the Learning Management System (LMS) and provide recommendations for action to be taken based on review (i.e., revise course, delist course due to low enrollment, etc.)

    4. General HR Support

    + Contribute to various administrative and project-based tasks that support HR initiatives and team goals.

    Requirements/Qualifications

    + Rising **sophomore, junior, or senior** pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with Monday.com is a plus.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively across teams.

     

    Required to work at the corporate office a minimum of two days per week.

    Learning Outcomes

    + Gain hands-on experience in instructional design and course auditing within a corporate LMS.

    + Learn how SLAs are developed, documented, and maintained across HR functions.

    + Develop practical skills in project coordination and dashboard creation using Monday.com.

    + Build influence and collaboration skills by supporting teams in adopting new tools and improving workflows.

    + Understand how HR teams work together to enhance efficiency, transparency, and service delivery.

    Salary Band Range:

    $15.00 - $37.50 - $60.00
