Advanced Electrician

Principle Responsibilities
+ Maintain and repair complex electronic equipment and components, including circuit boards, networks, and safety systems.
+ Plan, install, and repair wiring, fixtures, and control equipment, following strict safety procedures and electrical codes.
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning systems using test equipment and hand tools.
+ Lead or participate in performance reviews and Lean events to identify maintenance improvements.
+ Provide production, process, and plant engineering advanced systems expertise.
Basic Skill Requirements
+ High School or Trade School Diploma.
+ 3 – 8 years of experience working in an electrical/electronics capacity.
+ Current status of Connecticut electrician’s license.
Preferred Skill Requirements
+ Professional certifications, military background, and an AS degree in the electrical or electronic field.
+ Experience of 5 to 10 years in an electrical/electronics position.
+ Experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
+ E1/E2 CT electrical license and five years of experience in PLC programming.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $31.73–$47.60.
