    Job Title- DevOps Engineer

     

    Job Location- Hybrid- Norfolk, Virginia, USA

     

    We are seeking a seasoned **DevOps Engineer** with over **8 years of experience** to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in **Azure DevOps Services** , **Python scripting** , and **terraform** for infrastructure automation. Experience in healthcare or insurance domains is highly desirable, especially with a strong understanding of security and compliance standards.

    In this role, you will

    + Design, Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Services.

    + Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using **Terraform** .

    + Develop and maintain **Python scripts** for automation, monitoring, and integration tasks.

    + Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration.

    + Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshooting issues across environments.

    + Ensure compliance with **security and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA)** in healthcare IT.

    + Maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes.

    + Support and optimize **Azure Cloud Services** operations.

    + Implement and manage **Tokenization, CaaS (Kubernetes),** and other cloud-native services.

    + Utilize **PowerShell, CLI, and Ansible** for scripting and automation tasks.

    What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)

    + Minimum 8 years of experience in a DevOps role.

    + Strong hands-on experience with:

    + **Azure DevOps Services**

    + **Python scripting**

    + **Terraform**

    + Solid understanding of **Microsoft Azure** cloud infrastructure.

    + Experience with **containerization tools** like **Docker** and orchestration platforms like **Kubernetes** .

    + Familiarity with **Git** , monitoring tools, and logging frameworks.

    + Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

    Preferred skills: what will help you stand out

    + Azure DevOps Engineer Expert Certification

    + Experience in **healthcare or insurance IT environments**

    + Knowledge of **HIPAA** and other security/compliance standards

    + Experience with:

    + **Terraform scripting**

    + **Ansible scripting**

    + **PowerShell and CLI**

    + **Azure Cloud Services**

    + **Tokenization and CaaS (Kubernetes)**

    + **Azure operations and monitoring**
