Job Summary

The Lead Developer role requires a highly skilled professional with 5 to 8 years of experience in Microsoft Viva React Js Microsoft Teams Powershell and Node JS. This hybrid position involves working on cutting-edge projects enhancing digital collaboration tools and driving innovation. The candidate will contribute to the company's mission by developing solutions that improve productivity and communication.

Responsibilities

+ Develop and implement high-quality software solutions using Microsoft Viva, React Js, Microsoft Teams, Powershell, and Node JS, to enhance digital collaboration.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative features that align with business goals.

+ Ensure the scalability and performance of applications by conducting thorough testing and optimization.

+ Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure seamless user experiences.

+ Document software designs and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and future development.

+ Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

+ Contribute to the development of project timelines and deliverables to meet organizational objectives.

+ Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights for project planning.

+ Implement security measures and data protection protocols to safeguard sensitive information.

+ Monitor application performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability.

+ Support the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance the companys digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

+ Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Viva React Js Microsoft Teams Powershell and Node JS.

+ Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

+ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

+ Proven experience in developing scalable and efficient software applications.

+ Ability to stay current with industry trends and adapt to new technologies.

+ Experience in agile development methodologies is a plus.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $98,000/Year to $115,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
