• CCM Generic Principal Architect

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect with 14 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CCM Generic with a strong understanding of Finance & Accounting and Cards & Payments. This role requires working from our office during day shifts with no travel required. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that align with our companys goals and enhance our impact on society.

    Responsibilities

    + Design and implement robust architectural solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.

    + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

    + Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

    + Oversee the development and deployment of scalable and secure software applications.

    + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in architecture and design.

    + Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing systems to identify areas for improvement.

    + Lead efforts to optimize system performance and reliability minimizing downtime and maximizing user satisfaction.

    + Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into future architectural plans.

    + Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance our offerings.

    + Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding.

    + Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep our solutions at the forefront of technology.

    + Contribute to the development of strategic plans that support the companys long-term vision.

    Qualifications

    + Possess extensive experience in CCM Generic demonstrating a deep understanding of its applications and benefits.

    + Have a strong background in Finance & Accounting with the ability to apply domain knowledge to architectural solutions.

    + Experience in Cards & Payments is highly desirable providing valuable insights into industry-specific challenges.

    + Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions.

    + Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills facilitating effective collaboration across teams.

    + Hold a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field showcasing a solid educational foundation.

    + Be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technological advancements.

    + Frisco, TX.

    + Alpharetta, GA.

    + New Jersey.

    Salary and Other Compensation:

    The annual salary for this position is between $159,000/Year to $179,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

     

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
