Your Role:

Our successful General Maintenance Technician Operator promotes outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner. They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.

Keys to Success in this Role:

+ At least 18 years of age

+ A working knowledge of plumbing, basic electrical, HVAC and carpentry.

+ Responsible to assist with building and ground maintenance including snow removal.

+ Responsible for proper use of hand and power tools.

+ Responsible to support racing events and all associated equipment.

+ Follows, completes and turn in all work request forms.

+ Assist other trades as needed.

+ Follows safe work procedures and wear all personal protective equipment.

+ Helps to ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and OSHA regulations.

+ Performs all other duties as assigned.

+ Must be able to work on ladders, lifts and scaffolds.

+ Able to stand, walk, kneel for extended periods of times.

+ Able to work in extremes of weather.

+ Promotes outstanding customer relations.

+ Able to lift 85 lbs. repeatedly.

+ Able to stand/walk/kneel for extended periods of time. Able to work in extremes of weather. Able to remain flexible in an environment of constant change.
